Great location with a warm welcome!

After a river cruise, we enjoyed a lovely last night of our honeymoon. The staff surprised us with chocolates and wine upon arrival, making our stay unforgettable. The breakfast offered a good variety but could use a little more flair. Perfect location for exploring the city!

We loved the great location just across from Central Station and the friendly staff members who were eager to assist us during our stay. The highlights were definitely exploring the nearby canals and enjoying the comfortable rooms, which even had a rain shower that helped us unwind after a long day.

My kids wished for a larger room for our family to stretch out comfortably.

The Small Double Room was compact but cozy. It had everything we needed and felt clean and fresh. The shower setup was pretty nice, but it faced a busy road, so it could get a bit noisy. However, the air conditioning helped with that. We were really close to the Central Station, which was super convenient for getting around the city. Nice stay overall!

The vibrant Dutch design throughout Ibis Styles elevates its charm, making one feel embraced by the culture. The clean, well-thought-out spaces are accessible, making it easy to navigate, even for us seniors with a bit of a shuffle.

More seating in common areas would be nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Amsterdam Central Station! The location is unbeatable, right across from the Central Station, making it super easy to explore the city. My room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of tasty options to start the day off right.

It was just a great fit for a weekend respite in Amsterdam with decent value for money. The free coffee available throughout the stay was a nice touch. Make sure to ask for a quieter room away from the street.

easy access to many attractions and parks for city walks

The hotel made it super easy to explore the area with the national maritime museum just under 2 km away and the beautiful westerkerk only a short stroll of around 500 meters, allowing us to enjoy unexpected park views during our weekend strolls. while the staff were friendly and helpful, it could improve by offering more comfortable common spaces.

The room experience left much to be desired. The mattress topper didn’t fit properly, pillows were disproportionately small, and only one room service occurred over three nights—only to find the place had been visited without proper cleaning. Additionally, the window outlook was less than ideal, facing into a lift shaft, and a persistent unpleasant smell greeted us each time getting off the lift. The overall cleanliness felt compromised due to some minor maintenance needing attention like wall paint and carpet conditions.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions and the train station. The staff were friendly, but the room was small and the noise from the trams made it hard to sleep. Overall, a decent choice for a quick visit.

Our stay was awesome, especially with unlimited free tea and coffee at the reception and a cozy room with a canal view! Loved how clean everything was too. We'll be back!

wi-fi connection was unreliable

I was blown away by the nearby culinary gems—Cafe The Flying Dutchman served up delicious flavors that danced on my palate! Also, the breakfast options at Ibis were a delightful start to each day. The location couldn't be better, right next to the vibrant heart of Amsterdam!

The room was a shoebox, facing an airshaft instead of the city charm we signed up for. Water was a one-night affair and the coffee supply felt stingy for the price we paid!
